Tech Support – Troubleshooting, fixing issues, and providing cost estimates for repairs and upgrades. Billed at an hourly rate
AV Support – Solving issues with Audio Visual Systems, reverb, not loud enough, a buzz in the sound system, installations of new equipment. Billed at an hourly rate.
Network Support – troubleshooting network connectivity issues, improving WIFI networks, as well ensuring secure networks. Billed at an hourly rate
Tech Audit – What do you have, discernment session on what you need or would like, recommendations, and estimated market cost. Flat Fee plus transportation cost.
Telephone Support – Sometimes all is all you need is a phone call, or we can log in remotely to resolve issues. This method reduces overall cost as it eliminates transportation costs.
